Phlebotomist I – Flemington, NJ

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM plus Saturday rotation. Pay: $17.33 ‑ $25.99 per hour.

• Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Research, confirm, and verify test/client information using lab technology systems.
• Navigate computers and enter data accurately.
• Obtain identification, enter billing info, and collect payments per corporate policies.
• Process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, and prepare for transport.
• Perform non‑patient‑facing duties: inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, phone, and email.
• Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, temperature logs, etc., in a timely manner.
• Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
