One You Love Homecare Bridgewater is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide care to seniors in a safe, secure, professional environment under the direction and guidance of the skilled (RN).

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
• Help with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and driving clients to doctor appointments.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
• CHHA License in NJ.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Supportive and compassionate.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Caregiver.
• Take pride in providing high quality care.
