• Utilize computer estimating systems and related software to accurately estimate plans/spec and design/build HVAC systems.
• Maintain comprehensive estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.
• Establish and nurture vendor relationships essential to project success.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in pre‑bid walkthroughs to ensure thorough project understanding.
• Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams, ensuring projects are executed within budget and align with plans and specifications.

• Associate’s degree in business or engineering.
• 2–5 years of estimating experience in the HVAC industry with a proven track record.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documents.
• Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of related trades for coordinating project estimates.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and proficient computer skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.
