Position: Part-time Cashier / Receptionist

Overview

Are you a customer service oriented individual seeking part time employment? Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington is immediately hiring a Part-Time Receptionist!

Hours:

Flexible Schedule (Evening Hours). We are seeking candidates with availability Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer the phones promptly.
  • Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
  • Close out repair orders in computer.
  • Prepare and make deposits.
  • File assorted documents for both service and accounting departments.
  • Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
  • Input of additional service requests
