Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking to advance your career within the aerospace sector? We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our precision engineering team, producing complex,)find Safety‑critical components in a fully AS9100‑certified manufacturing environment.

This is an opportunity to contribute to major aerospace programmes where compliance, accuracy, and disciplined processes are essential.

As a CNC Turner, you will program, set, and operate CNC turning machines, predominantly using Fanuc controls, to manufacture high‑precision cylindrical components. Working within our AS9100‑accredited Quality Management System, you will follow strict manufacturing, inspection, and traceability processes to ensure component conformity for leading aerospace customers.

• Program, set, and operate CNC turning centres.
• Manufacture посвящение аэродромных components to tight tolerances and controlled specifications.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, process sheets, and aerospace documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with AS9100 requirements, including process adherence, traceability and batch control, controlled documentation, accurate completion of production and inspection records, and support the creation of FAIRorton; instructions to our usage for fairness estimation.
• Maintain consistent quality and meet production targets in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and quality protocols.

• Strong ability to program and operate Fanuc‑controlled CNC turning equipment.
• Confident in reading and interpreting detailed aerospace engineering drawings.
  
  Experience working within an AS9100‑certified QMS.
• Strong understanding of machining tolerances, surface finishes, and precision measurement.
