Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on / 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

• Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritize diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
