** Job Description
**** About the Role
** We are looking for a hardworking, reliable C-Class Fleet Technician to join our maintenance team. This is a foundational role responsible for keeping our shop running smoothly and  ensuring our fleet stays on the road. If you are looking to get your foot in the door of the diesel mechanics industry and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this is the position for you.

** Shift:
** Sunday-Thursday: 7am-3pm
** Key Responsibilities**  ·
** Tire Maintenance:
** Perform tire swaps, rotations, and pressure checks across our tractor and trailer fleet.  ·
** Shop Upkeep:
** Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping bays, organizing tools, and managing waste oil/fluid disposal.  ·
** Basic Servicing:
** Assist B and A-level mechanics with oil changes, grease jobs, and light bulb replacements.  ·
** Parts Logistics:
** Move parts and tires between storage and work bays to keep the workflow moving.
** Required Qualifications**  ·
** Work Ethic:
** A strong "hustle" mentality and the ability to take direction from lead mechanics.  ·
** Physical Stamina:
** Ability to lift heavy tires (up to 100 lbs with assistance) and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.  ·
** Safety Mindset:
** Strict adherence to shop safety protocols and PPE requirements.  ·
** Background:
** A valid driver’s license is required; basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.  ·
** Reliability:
** Consistent attendance is critical to keeping our logistics chain moving.·
