Accuracy: You maintain a high level of detail and precision when capturing, reviewing, and processing operational, compliance, and financial information, ensuring data integrity at all times.

Performing under pressure: You remain calm, focused, and effective when dealing with operational pressures, urgent changes, or unexpected challenges—delivering consistent results without compromising quality.

Leadership: You provide clear direction, allocate tasks effectively, and motivate yard and fleet teams to work efficiently, ensuring vehicles move through preparation, repair, and disposal stages on time.

Cooperation: You work well with colleagues, drivers, and other departments, supporting team objectives, sharing information, and resolving conflicts constructively to maintain smooth operations.

Devotion to quality: You strive for excellence in all aspects of work, following procedures consistently and ensuring safety, compliance, and service delivery meet or exceed expectations.

Results-oriented: You are driven to achieve fleet, operational, and financial targets—monitoring performance metrics closely and taking corrective action to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
