Reporting to the Director of Hotel Operations and Retail, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the operational and commercial delivery of our onboard hotel and retail experiences—maximising performance, setting revenue-driven strategies, and shaping the guest experience across our fleet. For someone with vision, drive and a passion for results, this role offers the chance to make a powerful, lasting impact on one of the most recognised names in travel.

The Role:

As Fleet Hotel Operations and Retail Manager, your mission will be to:

  • Drive onboard revenue performance across all hotel and retail outlets, identifying opportunities for commercial growth and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Champion the guest experience by ensuring consistent service standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the fleet.
  • Coach, guide and support shipboard management teams through regular fleet visits and ongoing engagement.
  • Implement initiatives that deliver efficiencies while maintaining premium brand standards.
  • Act as a bridge between ship and shore, translating insights into actionable strategies and supporting innovation.

Please see Job Description for full scope of the role.

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven cruise or hospitality professional with:

  • At least 5 years' experience in multi-unit management within the cruise, hotel, or hospitality sectors.
  • A strong background in revenue-focused operations, ideally with shipboard exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement change, and improve performance at scale.
  • A collaborative, hands‑on approach with excellent coaching, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to travel across the fleet for extended periods (typically 3 months on, 1 month off) and thrive in dynamic onboard environments.

Apply now and be part of something extraordinary.

We are committed to fostering a flexible and inclusive culture where diversity is valued, and our people can be their authentic selves. We welcome applications from everyone, as inclusivity is at the core of everything we do. We do not discriminate based on age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, marriage & civil partnership, and pregnancy & maternity.
