We are a exclusively recruiting for a growing, private-equity backed business operating across the UK. Following recent investment and the appointment of a new senior leadership team, the business is entering an exciting new phase of expansion, with clear ambitions to significantly grow. They are strengthening their finance team and are now seeking an FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight and decision-making.

This is a newly created role, working closely with both the executive team and operational leaders. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for developing and embedding robust planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, transforming financial data into actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the annual budgeting and planning process at site level, working closely with operational teams on sales, margins and controllable costs
• Produce weekly and monthly management reporting and KPIs, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
• Develop and lead a structured quarterly reforecasting process
• Create and maintain capital expenditure reporting for acquisitions, refurbishments and maintenance, including post-investment analysis
• Act as the finance reporting expert for core systems and data sources, owning key models, databases and reporting tools
• Provide insightful, decision-focused reporting to senior operational stakeholders
• Support the CFO and CEO with ad-hoc analysis, projects and strategic planning as required

Skills & Experience
• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
• Proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role is essential
• Experience partnering with operational teams is highly desirable
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to high performance
