Customer Service And Installations Co-Ordinator

Job Summary

We are a well-established company with 30 years experience specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of equipment for a range of clients. We employ over 40 people in our Fleet offices and are seeking an individual to assist and cover a maternity leave as a Customer Service and Installations Coordinator.

Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm. Competitive hourly rate based on experience plus holiday pay and free onsite parking.

• Customer liaison from the point of order until project completion, communicating with customers about installation dates and ensuring they are kept informed.
• Support installation supervisors by communicating with on‑site contractors and installation teams.
• Communicate via telephone and email with customers regarding live projects.
• Assist with scheduling work for installation teams.
• Create installation packs for sending to installation teams.
• Act as first point of contact for customers with issues or concerns during installations.
• Support the Contracts Managers with administrative tasks.

• Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Good administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage one's time effectively and work with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate – basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience of working in an office environment and as part of a team.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while coordinating installations and providing outstanding customer service.
