Job Summary
We are a well-established company with 30 years experience specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of equipment for a range of clients. We employ over 40 people in our Fleet offices and are seeking an individual to assist and cover a maternity leave as a Customer Service and Installations Coordinator.
Working Hours & CompensationMonday to Friday, 9am – 4pm. Competitive hourly rate based on experience plus holiday pay and free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities- Customer liaison from the point of order until project completion, communicating with customers about installation dates and ensuring they are kept informed.
- Support installation supervisors by communicating with on‑site contractors and installation teams.
- Communicate via telephone and email with customers regarding live projects.
- Assist with scheduling work for installation teams.
- Create installation packs for sending to installation teams.
- Act as first point of contact for customers with issues or concerns during installations.
- Support the Contracts Managers with administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Good administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage one's time effectively and work with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate – basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience of working in an office environment and as part of a team.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while coordinating installations and providing outstanding customer service.
