We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join a busy and fast‑paced team based in Fleet. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, working closely with the Tech Director, supporting key operational and administrative tasks. This role would suit a highly organized, proactive individual with strong administrative and Excel skills who is confident managing multiple priorities.

• Providing direct administrative support to the Tech Director
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
• Managing and maintaining databases and records
• Preparing reports and documentation using Excel
• Handling correspondence and internal communications
• Supporting with general office administration tasks
• Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy and professionalism

• Strong previous experience in a senior administrative role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data management, and reporting)
• Experience with order processing and system-based administration
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
