Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and observe activity in lobbies, corridors, and common areas; report maintenance issues, hazards, and suspicious behavior to site contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications;
Document patrols, incidents, and noteworthy observations through written reports and/or electronic systems
