This is a casual part-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Flagstaff, AZ location. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer experiences, assist customers with product selection, and ensure a welcoming store environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store displays, and keeping up-to-date with our product knowledge. Additionally, you will contribute to the team’s overall sales goals and deliver outstanding service that embodies the Sunglass Hut brand values.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Sales and retail experience, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for fashion, retail trends, and product knowledge
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
