Brand Ambassador - Northern Arizona

Pay: $18.00 per hour + Monthly Commission

Location: Northern Arizona Territory (Flagstaff, Prescott, Cottonwood, Payson)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Re-Bath AZ, LLC is a valley-wide remodeling company with over 40 years of experience specializing in bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We complete approximately 80–150 bathroom remodels each month and are known for providing fast, affordable, and high-quality remodeling solutions. At Re-Bath, customer experience is our top priority. We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role is responsible for working in the retail stores (Lowe's and Home Depot) to increase customer awareness and generate leads for in-home estimates.

• While in the stores, you will keep our displays clean, stocked with brochures, and report any damages.
• You will attend meetings and ongoing training development classes with Re-Bath to better your customer lead development skills.
• You will attend inside and outside events as weather allows, requested by your assigned stores to help drive knowledge and lead generation.

• Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance is required.
• Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. Part time and full time positions available.
• Frequent phone and computer use.
• Repetitive hand and wrist motion using a computer mouse.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Time-off restrictions during peak business periods.
• Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying items related to showroom upkeep.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Must be able to pass a 50-state background check.
