Pay: $18.00 per hour + Monthly Commission
Location: Northern Arizona Territory (Flagstaff, Prescott, Cottonwood, Payson)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role is responsible for working in the retail stores (Lowe's and Home Depot) to increase customer awareness and generate leads for in-home estimates.
Essential Responsibilities- While in the stores, you will keep our displays clean, stocked with brochures, and report any damages.
- You will attend meetings and ongoing training development classes with Re-Bath to better your customer lead development skills.
- You will attend inside and outside events as weather allows, requested by your assigned stores to help drive knowledge and lead generation.
Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance is required.
- Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. Part time and full time positions available.
- Frequent phone and computer use.
- Repetitive hand and wrist motion using a computer mouse.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Time-off restrictions during peak business periods.
- Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying items related to showroom upkeep. li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solutions-focused, results-driven, and compliance-minded.
- High-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and flexible in a growing and evolving company.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Must be able to pass a 50-state background check.
