Required Skills:

• Active CRNA certification and state licensure (AZ license required before start date)
• Recent hospital anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in managing anesthesia for ortho, trauma, general, spine, neuro, cath lab, outpatient, and endo procedures
• Strong knowledge of Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMR systems
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

• prior experience with high patient volumes (50-60 cases/day)
• familiarity with multi-disciplinary anesthesia environments
• ability to adapt quickly to scheduling and staffing needs

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Current board certification as a CRNA
• Minimum of 2 years hospital-based anesthesia experience
• Experience working in environments with diverse surgical specialties

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, including variations such as 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, or 3p-11p, with approximately 40 hours per week
• Credentialing completion within 30 days
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Must have valid AZ license prior to start

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $222.30, with weekly pay via direct deposit, and benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
