LPN – Wound Care Nurse | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | $35/hr | Flagstaff, AZ
We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with wound care certification to join a state‑operated long‑term care facility in Flagstaff. This role focuses on resident wound prevention, treatment and education; all within a collaborative, daytime schedule that supports better work–life balance.
Schedule Options: 7a–3p, 8a–4p, or 8a–5p (Mon–Fri only)
What You’ll Do:- Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Lead wound prevention and treatment programs
- Provide education to staff and families on wound management
- Document care per facility and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
- Current LPN license in Arizona
- CWCN or CWOCN certification
- Active CPR, TB test and AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred
