Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in promoting a diverse, welcoming environment for our members and team. The AGM will preside over operations in the General Manager’s absence, motivating and supervising staff to deliver the best customer experience and uphold the CRUNCH brand.

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies.
• Assist the General Manager in communicating and implementing company policies.
• Encourage staff teamwork and productivity.
• Take decisive action as needed.
• Proactively recruit, interview, and hire talented team members.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Work with team to meet revenue targets measured through KPIs.
• Ensure proper tracking of leads.
• Encourage staff involvement in community and neighborhood businesses and bring new local businesses into partnership programs.

• Resolve personnel problems following company procedures.
• Handle customer complaints expeditiously and tactfully.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Report and arrange repairs for malfunctioning equipment promptly.
• Assist with payroll processing, submission, and approval.

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Eligible to work in the United States under state and federal requirements; must maintain eligibility and provide proof including E-Verification documentation.
