Maintenance Assistant | Highgate Senior Living – Flagstaff, AZ

Compensation: $23.00–$24.00 per hour

Support building care, resident suites, and common areas to keep the community safe, clean, and comfortable.

Assist with preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and safety programs with great customer service.

• Complete work orders and routine repairs; assist with painting
• Help with safety checks, drills, and documentation
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment logs
• Support housekeeping tasks and grounds care as needed
• Communicate clearly with residents and team on progress

• Use of hand/power tools; safe work practices
• Problem‑solving and follow‑through on tasks
• Organization, documentation, and basic computer skills
• Customer‑focused communication
• Adaptability and teamwork

• Facilities, hotel, multi‑unit residential, or healthcare maintenance
• Preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance
• Hands‑on roles in technical/industrial settings

• At least 21 years of age; valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
• Current negative TB test; able to pass background check
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain
• Time management and independent work ethic
