Overview
Licensed Clinical Therapist - Flagstaff, AZ (Hybrid)
Elevate Mental Health, part of Optum, is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Flagstaff office. You'll have autonomy to create your own schedule while supporting a diverse patient population.
- Conduct screenings and assessments for mental health and substance use concerns
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) to individuals and families
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
- Support patient growth efforts through profile/marketing participation
