Overview

TMC is a therapy provider that delivers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long term care providers. We are growing and seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team.

Haven Health Flagstaff

Compensation: $44.00 - $50.00 / hour

• Assessment and Diagnosis: conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders; use standardized assessments and clinical observations to inform diagnoses.
• Treatment Planning and Intervention: develop individualized treatment plans and design therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: implement a range of interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities, including articulation, language exercises, cognitive-communication tasks, voice therapy, and fluency strategies.
• Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC): assess need for AAC, implement systems, and collaborate with patients and families to tailor solutions.
• Dysphagia Management: evaluate and treat swallowing disorders through clinical assessments, exercises, compensatory strategies, diet modifications, and rehabilitation techniques to improve safety and nutrition.

• Masters Degree in an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
