• Prepare and cook healthy food for patients, employees, and visitors, ensuring strict safety standards.
• Create menus and order supplies for the hospital kitchen and cafeteria.
• Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Equivalency in education or experience required.
• Food Handlers License.
• Knowledge of patient diets, safe food handling, and use of Nutritional Care Manual.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Effective organizational, time‑management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
