Physical Therapist (PT)
Location:
ASVH-Flagstaff | 2100 N. Gemini Rd., Flagstaff, AZ
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5: | 40 hours/week | No weekends or overtime
We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide individualized therapy to residents in a collaborative healthcare environment. You’ll help patients regain strength and independence while working alongside Occupational Therapy, Speech, and Nursing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized treatment programs
- Deliver hands‑on physical therapy to improve mobility and function
- Document care accurately and update treatment plans as needed
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold facility standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Arizona PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in rehab, acute, or long-term care preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
