Join our team at Comprehensive Integrated Care in Flagstaff, AZ, as a Full-Time Patient Access Specialist. This onsite position invites you to bring your medical reception experience, compassion, and attention to detail to the first point of contact for patients.

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. We offer a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off, paid holidays after 90 days, and a competitive salary.

As a Patient Access Specialist, you will be the friendly face patients first encounter, set the tone for their visit, greet patients with compassion, register their private health information with organized precision, and assist with appointment scheduling over the phone. You will help ensure that every patient feels valued and supported from the moment they reach out to us.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' front office or medical experience
• Ability to complete assignments accurately and with attention to detail
• Data entry proficiency with minimal errors
• Ability to prepare and maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Must complete CME compliance training as required by CIC
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire
• Maintain high patient privacy standards and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
