About the RoleWe are seeking a Financial Planner / Advisor who connects easily with people, builds lasting relationships, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will work with a large base of existing clients while helping onboard new ones, partnering with senior advisors and our planning team to deliver the Babb client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, engaging, and relationship-focused — someone clients feel comfortable with right away.
Technical expertise is important, but equally valuable is the ability to communicate clearly, listen carefully, and guide clients with confidence and empathy.
- Manage and deepen relationships with an established client base
- Assist with onboarding and guiding new clients through our planning process
- Collaborate with senior advisors and internal planning staff to deliver comprehensive financial plans
- Provide guidance on investment management and financial planning topics
- Coordinate with outside professionals such as CPAs and attorneys when appropriate
- Ensure strong follow-through so clients experience clarity, organization, and peace of mind
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or financial planning
Licenses
- Series 65 required (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Life & Health insurance license preferred
Credentials
- CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, or other financial planning designations are valued but not required
- Candidates pursuing professional designations are encouraged and supported

Salary: $80,000– $150,000 depending on experience
