Donor Relations Specialist Financial Analyst

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior leadership, including fundraising productivity and operational reports
• Process and oversee all incoming pledges and revenue, ensuring accurate financial records
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support annual budget meetings
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with policies

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience in donor-related functions
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Proven experience analyzing data and presenting results to executives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Raiser's Edge or other CRM software preferred

• Prior experience in philanthropy or fundraising environments
• Familiarity with financial modeling and investment analysis
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory reporting
• Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
