Job Description

Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a division of the nation’s leading provider of title insurance and transaction services —an organization recognized for its financial strength, stability, and culture of innovation. This position is a hybrid role based in Northern Arizona and is offered as a direct placement.
Escrow Officer Responsibilities- Verifying the accuracy of land ownership documents.
- Communicating with buyers, sellers, and lending institutions.
- Reviewing property titles for delinquent taxes.
- Examining and summarizing mortgages and trust deed documents.
- Reviewing and summarizing title search activity.
- Obtaining property drawings and reports from county surveyors or assessors.
- Ensuring all financial obligations of both buyer and seller are satisfied.
- Preparing legal documents for closing.
- Managing the holding and transfer of funds.
- Proven experience as an Escrow Officer.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and property maps.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and office software.
- Established pipeline or existing book of business.
- Advanced clerical knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
$60,000 – $70,000, plus commission or bonus. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
