We’re hiring a Tax Manager (CPA) on behalf of our client—a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm in Northern Arizona.

This role is perfect for a CPA who’s:

• Tired of 60–80 hour busy seasons and wants a more sustainable (but still serious) workload
• Excited to be part of an integrated tax + financial planning team
• Ready to trade a pure back-office role for more client-facing, advisory-adjacent work

You will:

• Lead tax preparation for a high-net-worth, retiree-focused client base
• Own client conversations on tax topics and help deliver a white-glove experience

You bring:

• Active CPA
• 5+ years of hands-on tax prep experience
• Strong technical skills and a low-ego, team-first mindset
• Willingness to work on-site in Northern Arizona (Flagstaff area)
