Required Skills:

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Cardiology with a focus on Electrophysiology
• Valid Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 1 year experience in electrophysiology, with documented case logs demonstrating at least 100 EP cases in the last two years, emphasizing ablations
• Proficiency in performing cardiac ablations and handling moderate sedation independently
• Experience with Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System
• Ability to conduct TEE procedures and moderate sedation safely
• Current ACLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital and outpatient clinic setting

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in electrophysiology procedures involving complex arrhythmias
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Additional certifications relevant to electrophysiology or sedation
• Past experience working with a multidisciplinary team in high-volume EP labs

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Residency in Internal Medicine followed by fellowship in Cardiology with specialization in Electrophysiology
• At least one year of recent electrophysiology practice including ablation procedures

Other Requirements:

• AZ Registered DEA License
• Willingness to support hospital consults and perform electrophysiology procedures, including heart rhythm case management
• Flexible availability for shifts from 07:00 to 17:00, across various dates throughout the year
