Our NAH Palliative Care Program has a robust interdisciplinary team serving 2 hospitals and their associated outpatient Palliative care clinics.

Our Palliative Care team provides the following:

  • Pain and symptom management.
  • Counseling/guidance about care options in the face of serious illness.
  • Discussing goals of care.
  • Assistance in developing a palliative care discharge plan.

You Bring:

Board eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine; extensive palliative care experience may be considered.
