Locum Jobs Online  is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Cardiac Electrophysiology MD in Flagstaff, Arizona, 86001!

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Feb 2, 2026. This ongoing contract offers day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break, focusing on consults and EP cases in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform hospital consults (3-4 per day) related to cardiac electrophysiology and heart rhythm disturbances
• Conduct electrophysiology (EP) cases (4-6 per day, depending on case length)
• Perform special procedures including left-sided ablations
• Collaborate with hospital teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

Additional Information

• Board Certification or Eligibility required in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiology
• Active Arizona license required; candidates able to obtain AZ licensure will be considered
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• DEA registration with AZ required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience needed
