Flagstaff Surgical Associates (FSA) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our well-established practice as an Independent Contractor. This role offers predictable scheduling and strong earning potential through a profit-share model—all in the highly desirable mountain community of Flagstaff, Arizona.
About the Role
As a contracted Gastroenterologist with FSA, you will perform endoscopic procedures at Forest Canyon Endoscopy & Surgery Center. Enjoy the flexibility of an independent contractor model with no call responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Perform endoscopic procedures at Forest Canyon Endoscopy & Surgery Center as part of an independent contractor model.
- Operate with no call responsibilities.
Schedule expectations include:
- 8 endoscopy center days per month
- 12–14 procedures per day on average
- No call coverage
This position features a competitive 70/30 Net Profit model:
- You receive 70% of net profit
- Paid within 10 days of month-end financial completion
- Payments released per FSA chart-completion policy
- Highly efficient endoscopy center
- Established referral network and patient volume
- Flexible scheduling
- Administrative and billing support
- Opportunity to practice in one of Arizona’s most desirable locations
- MD or DO with an active Arizona medical license (or eligibility)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Ability to maintain hospital and surgery center privileges
- Commitment to ethical and compliant medical practice
- Adherence to HIPAA and documentation requirements
- Minimum coverage $1,000,000 / $3,000,000
- Malpractice premium payments during contract term negotiable
- Contractor is responsible for tail coverage
- Independent Contractor (not an employee)
- Term negotiable
- Early termination options per agreement
