Position: Administrative Entry Role

Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM

Responsibilities
  • Support team members in achieving individual and collective performance targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for administrative functions.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating team activities.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes for efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to assist management decisions.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and training them on administrative tasks.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with performance tracking and reporting on administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to assist in onboarding and training new employees effectively.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and company policies.
