What We Value in You:- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Current Georgia license or eligible upon graduation
- Up-to-date CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience in clinical or private practice
- Excellent chairside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- First-year guarantee of $225,000 or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is greater)
- Second-year compensation at 30% of adjusted production
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Eligible for Pathway to Partnership
- $2,500 annual CE allowance + extensive in-house CE program
- Full medical and benefits package
- Licensure and DEA expenses covered
- Malpractice insurance provided ADA, state, and AAP dues covered
