- No previous security industry experience? No problem. You will research and learn Per Mar’s products and services until you feel comfortable. Thorough training is provided, and refreshers given when needed.
- Self‑assuredness and confidence never hurt either. You have the drive; we have the opportunity!
- Driven & results‑oriented – sales experience can be a plus, but is not required.
- Valid driver’s license paired with a good driving record.
- Specified license approval – must be able to obtain any specified license(s) required to perform work in the security industry according to state regulations.
- High school diploma/GED – a bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university is preferred but not required.
