Greenhouse Associate

Greenhouse Associate Position Responsibilities

• Plant and cultivate annuals, perennials, and finished plants
• Care for and prune plant stock
• Water, arrange, and merchandize plant displays
• Clean and maintain production and greenhouse areas
• Use and maintain tools and equipment
• Provide world‑class customer service
• Assist customers with plant care and handling instructions
• Label plants for inventory purposes
• Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles
• Answer phones and return messages
• Work with customers to find and pack items into vehicles
• Contribute positively to the work environment
• Become proficient with the POS register system
• Other duties as assigned

• Age 16+
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Plant/garden knowledge – a plus! Will train willing learners
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Physical labor under varying weather conditions
• Lift 50 lbs
• Remain active for shift
• Comfort with heights is a plus

Flexible with hours; full‑time and part‑time positions available, from one day a week up to seven. Start February 1st. Weekend availability is a priority.

Starting pay $11 per hour – increase based on experience and other factors.
