Compensation: Earn $18 - $20 per hour PLUS commission.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers
- Engage customers and present our products and services in a retail setting
- Maintain AT&T standards and ensure compliance in every interaction
- Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers through personalized service
- Be friendly, customer-centric, and eager to develop new skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Skills:
- Adaptability to changing environments and customer demands
