Full-Time Receptionist - Lab & Radiology Department

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Lab and Radiology Department as a full-time receptionist. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations by providing front-line support to patients and staff in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients for laboratory, radiology, ultrasound, and X-ray appointments.
- Accurately enter and release lab, radiology, and ultrasound orders in the system.
- Rotate between various responsibilities, including:
- Front desk reception
- Call center support (Lab/Radiology phone room)
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries over the phone
- Maintain clear communication with patients and clinical staff to ensure efficient appointment flow and service delivery.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and follow all clinic policies and procedures.
