Shift: Friday/Saturday
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. The nurse plays a critical role in ensuring the health, wellness, and safety of our residents by providing clinical care, supervising care staff, and supporting individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine assessments and monitor residents’ health conditions
- Oversee the assistance of medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and update care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other support staff
- Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policiesli>
- Current Massachusetts nursing license in good standing
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
