Line Service Technician

Tom Wood Aviation, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a Line Service Technician to become a valued member of our team at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport. As part of the Line Crew, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service to our esteemed guests.

• Marshal arriving and departing aircraft, park them safely, and tow as necessary.
• Perform aircraft fueling, ensuring accurate fuel levels and quality control.
• Tow aircraft and maintain equipment (trucks, tugs, golf carts, mowers, etc.).
• Greet pilots, passengers, and crew members; assist with baggage handling; and provide ground transportation as needed.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of ground support equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Refuel fuel trucks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and aircraft.
• Maintain the building (mow lawn, remove snow, clean building, stock supplies).
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experience to all aviation guests.

• High School or Equivalent.
• Aviation Experience Preferred

• Familiarity with airport procedures and safety regulations can be an asset.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
