Location:

Noblesville, Indiana

• Local routes with 1 overnight / hotel stay per week.
• No freight to move.
• A safety-first culture and meticulously maintained trucks.

• $26.00 per hour + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5,200/year.
• Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and development programs.

• 4/10s, Wednesday - Saturday, Start Time 6:00 PM, 1 overnight stay per work week.

• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
• Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset.

• 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

• Minimal to No MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.

• No DUI / DWI convictions.
• No speeding over 100 mph.

• Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
