CDL A Delivery Truck Driver – US Foods

- Monday – Friday
- 3 AM – 5 AM start time
- Shift ends when deliveries are completed (possibility of a 4‑day work week with 1 day off based on business needs)
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience
- Perform all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspection
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)
- Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
- Ability to read and communicate in English

Expected base rate: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
FMCSA Clearinghouse RequirementRegistering to the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a Department of Transportation requirement. All drivers must register at (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and maintain active registration. Failure to register may result in penalties.
