We're hiring a Landscape / Hardscape Site Supervisor to lead crews in the field, keep projects organized, and ensure every install meets our standards for craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.
What You'll Be DoingJobsite Leadership & Crew Direction
- Lead daily jobsite production for landscape and/or hardscape builds
- Assign tasks, coach crew members, and keep momentum strong
- Maintain a clean, safe, professional jobsite
Quality Control & Installation Standards
- Ensure work is installed to plan specs and Vive quality standards
- Oversee grading, planting, drainage basics, and finish details
- Manage hardscape installs (pavers, retaining walls, edging, steps, outdoor features) as applicable
Planning, Materials & Logistics
- Coordinate daily workflow, deliveries, and material staging
- Track materials, prevent shortages, and communicate needs to leadership
- Help keep production on schedule and reduce rework
Communication & Documentation
- Provide clear updates to leadership on progress, issues, and next steps
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
- Document job progress (photos/notes) if required by your team process
- Experience leading crews in landscape installation, hardscape installation, or both
- Strong understanding of jobsite organization, productivity, and quality control
- Ability to read plans and execute scopes with minimal supervision (or willingness to learn fast)
- Confident communicator who can lead respectfully and solve problems on the fly
- Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and reliable in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, walking uneven terrain, operating equipment)

Education:GED (preferred)
Experience:2+ years in landscape/hardscape; leadership experience preferred
