Compensation: $30-$50 per hour (DOE) + Overtime Opportunities

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Service Plumber with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. This is not an entry-level role - we need a confident technician who can run service calls independently, accurately diagnose issues, and deliver high-quality repairs in commercial environments.

Our team services office buildings, retail centers, restaurants, medical facilities, industrial sites, and other commercial properties. If you are dependable, professional, and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we want you on our team.

• Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems with minimal supervision

• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues quickly and accurately

• Service and repair:

  • Commercial water heaters (tank & tankless)

  • Boilers

  • Circulation pumps

  • Backflow prev enters

  • Fixtures (flush valves, faucets, sinks, etc.)

  • Drain and sewer systems

  • Gas lines

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections

• Complete detailed service reports and documentation

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

• Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (if applicable)

• 6+ years of commercial service plumbing experience (required)

• Proven ability to diagnose and solve plumbing issues independently

• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and code requirements

• Valid plumbing license (if required by state/local regulations)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass:

  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review

  • Background check

  • Drug screening

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, crawlspaces, and ladders
