• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform inspections and identify potential problems
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering professional and courteous service

• Proven experience as a plumber (minimum of 3 years preferred)
• Valid plumbing license (State of Indiana)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
