We are currently hiring an experienced Aerial Service Electrician (also known as a Bucket Truck Electrician or Lighting Service Technician
) to join our growing Fishers, Indiana team.

Job Summary

The Aerial Service Electrician performs service, repair, maintenance, and installation work for electrical and lighting systems across commercial, industrial, and municipal settings. You’ll troubleshoot electrical circuits, lighting controls, and outdoor illumination systems, often working from a bucket truck or lift.

This position requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills, safe work habits, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service on‑site.

• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems, control panels, and electrical circuits

• Install, maintain, and service streetlights, parking lot lighting, signage, and control systems using a bucket truck

• Test and verify system continuity with ohmmeters, voltmeters, and similar tools

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics

• Plan and execute installations that meet code requirements and minimize waste

• Respond to emergency service calls as needed

• Order materials and parts in compliance with company procedures

• Maintain compliance with NEC codes

• Current Indiana Journeyman Electrician License (required)

• 2+ years of electrical service experience (including bucket truck work
  )

• At least 1 year as a lead aerial service or sign technician

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Professional communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver’s license; must pass background check and drug screen

• Lighting and controls experience preferred

• Competitive hourly rate: $30.00 – $40.00 / hour (based on experience)
