• Assisting service department technicians with parts requests.
• Assisting retail customers with parts requests.
• Assisting wholesale customers with parts requests.
• Assisting dealership sales department with parts and accessory requests.
• Ability to help with shipping/receiving, warranty returns and parts claim returns.

• 2+ years of Ford parts experience preferred.
• High school diploma/equivalent.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDK computer system experience a plus.
• Snap‑on parts catalog experience a plus.
