• Hire, train, and develop your team; coach and mentor to drive success and growth.
• Maintain a proactive operational excellence mindset to manage expenses, drive sales, oversee promotions, order products, manage inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys, and continuously exceed company metrics.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store‑level and district goals.
• Demonstrate best‑in‑class customer service when assisting customers.
• Perform general store duties such as stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register, and other responsibilities as needed.

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah).
• Must have at least one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • One year of continuous store or retail management experience.
  • Two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.
