Position Title:

Investor Engagement Manager

Reports To:

Chief Operating Officer Classification:
Full-Time Pay Scale: $55k - $65k

Position Summary:

The Investor Engagement Manager is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with top-tier investors, overseeing member onboarding and retention, and ensuring consistent engagement across all membership levels. This role is central to delivering value to One Zone Chamber members and enhancing the organization’s overall revenue, impact, and visibility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Investor and Member Relationship Management
  • Serve as the lead contact for Chairman’s Circle and Top Tier Investors, managing communication, event access, and benefit tracking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all members by responding to inquiries, providing benefit guidance, and ensuring timely updates to membership records.
  • Partner with the CEO, COO, and revenue leadership to identify renewal, upgrade, and investor engagement opportunities.
Member Onboarding, Renewal & Retention
  • Manage the complete membership lifecycle, including onboarding, welcome journeys, benefit activation, and renewal execution.
  • Lead One Zone’s First-Year Member Campaign, ensuring early engagement and value delivery.
  • Proactively manage retention through scheduled check-ins, benefit utilization tracking.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Connect members to relevant programs, events, and initiatives to drive participation and engagement.
  • Plan and execute ribbon-cutting ceremonies by managing logistics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience in a chamber of commerce or membership-based organization is a plus.
