Trainer - Patient Accounts Supervisor

The Trainer - Patient Accounts Supervisor will create, implement, and maintain training curriculum and materials. This position will also be responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing Revenue Cycle communication materials. Proficiency is required in workflows, policies, and procedures, and the ability to learn new product lines and insurance qualification requirements as needed, as well as possessing adult teaching techniques.
Must demonstrate a dynamic presentation style, professionalism, and troubleshooting capabilities. Works closely with Revenue Cycle and other internal leadership to communicate consistent messages to end users. Displays a personal passion for educating others, creates an engaging learning environment, and enhances the end user learning experience through creativity, enthusiasm, and high energy.
Facilitates end user adoption of software technologies (Brightree and EPIC). Able to quickly learn education content. Is able to embrace change and remain flexible in an ever‑changing environment.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Four (4) years of recent experience in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle preferred.
- Proven experience delivering adult education required and presentation will be expected during advanced interview.
- Knowledge of medical/insurance billing with credentialing.
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment/Home Medical (DME/HME) equipment preferred.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience in Brightree and/or Epic preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Responsible for discovery, development, and delivery of training curriculum and materials using adult learning theories.
- Experience in Adult Education required.
